In this course, “Retail Sales Excellence in the New Normal - VUCA”, we will equip promoters with skills to thrive in the VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) business environment following the tough global economic climate.

This will eventually lead to the business strategies that will develop into effective survival and growth plans in the New Normal.

Therefore, the course is designed with a two-pronged approach:

Provide the building blocks which are needed by promoters to thrive in a post COVID-19 environment mainly the NEW normal for productivity, managing own emotions & motivation as well as relationships with others including customers
Promoters newly honed critical skills are closely connected to the retail business, developing their strategies to sustain and grow amidst rapid changes
