NANCY GOH

She has held various positions at management level with the caliber to perform multi-functional duties. Her work experiences of more than 20 years evolved in Quality, Production, Human Resource, Purchasing & Materials Management, Marketing and Administration. Her involvement in the International Trade Centre’s (ITC), UN/WTO, Geneva, Switzerland Modular Learning System (MLS-SCM) Programme for Mapics Consultancy Sdn Bhd has helped contributed a wider knowledge in purchasing & supply chain. She is also a certified Trainer with Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB). She is deeply committed to the concept for personal growth & strongly feels the same for an organization.

DR. KOU YOOK FAT

With more than 25 years of working experience in manufacturing environment, he has worked as a Quality Assurance Manager, Senior General Manager and Strategic Development Director responsible for group Quality Assurance, Advanced Manufacturing System, Supply Chain Management & Human Resource Development.  He interests to develop companies in areas like Toyota Production System, Automotive Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management & Total Quality Management.

Advisor - Switzeland

MR. ROBERTO SMITH-GIILLESPIE

Mr. Smith-Gillespie was earlier Trade and Business Information Adviser at ITC. Prior to joining ITC, he worked as Head of the Trade Information Service at Peru’s Ministry of Trade, and then as Head of the Information and Documentation Centre at the country’s Central Bank. Mr. Smith-Gillespie carried out his undergraduate university studies in business and economics at the Universidad del Pacifico, in Lima, Peru, and his graduate studies in journalism and mass communication at Syracuse University and the University of Minnesota in the USA.

Advisor - Vietnam

MR. GABRIEL TAN

Mr. Gabriel has been conducting the ITC’s (International Trade Centre) MLS-SCM (Modular Learning System in Supply Chain Management) Programme since 2007 in Vietnam. He worked for Shell Company for 38 years covering 9 different jobs. After his retirement, he was a Procurement Consultant for a Vietnamese Company producing ball point pens and stationeries for 2 years. He has conducted Training of Trainers (ToT) of the MLS-SCM Programme in Vietnam, Turkey and Mongolia. He is based in Ho Chi Minh City and doing a part time consultancy on business management for a Vietnamese paper packaging company.
