Be Agile, Not Fragile - Avoid Not My Job Syndrome
Virtual Online Program

Overview

When was the last time you heard someone being asked to do some task that wasn’t outlined in their job description, only to respond with, “That’s not my job?”
Along with the severe health and humanitarian crisis caused by the Corona Virus pandemic, executives around the world face enormous business challenges: the collapse of customer
demand, significant regulatory modifications, supply chain interruptions, unemployment, economic recession, and increased uncertainty. And like the health and humanitarian sides of the crisis, the business side needs ways to recover. Ad-hoc responses won’t work; organizations must lay the groundwork for their recoveries now.
Therefore being agile in response to external shocks or stimulus is key for organisational survival. This course will help you learn how you can adjust, cope and thrive by winning the mindshare of key stakeholders while working from home or while practising social distancing.
