INTRODUCTION

Our world has advanced in technology to continue stretching what is possible and work disruption is inevitable. The future will emphasise on the evolution of skills within a person’s role rather than widespread of existing jobs.

Some may view this as an obstacle; but leaders view this as an opportunity to breakthrough and push their teams to greater heights. This requires more than just embracing the change and charge forward. It calls for a leader who can CONNECT the teams and SHARE the same VISION.
